The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to release the AIBE provisional answer key 2026 soon on its official website, allindiabarexamination.com. The answer key will be issued for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE XXI) in a set-wise format (Set A, B, C, and D), based on different question paper codes. Candidates will be able to use the provisional key to match their AIBE_XXI_Provisonal_AnswerKeys.pdf, calculate probable scores, and assess their chances of qualifying for the Certificate of Practice (CoP).
BCI will also open a short objection window after the release of the provisional answer key. Candidates will be allowed to challenge any incorrect responses by submitting valid proof. All objections will be reviewed by subject experts, and the AIBE 21 final answer key 2026 will be prepared after verification. The AIBE 21 result 2026 will be declared strictly based on the final answer key.

Candidates can download the AIBE provisional answer key by following the steps below:
Visit the official website: allindiabarexamination.com
Click on the link “AIBE 21 Answer Key 2026”
Select your question paper set (A, B, C, or D)
Log in using registration number and password (if required)
The answer key PDF will appear on the screen
Download and save it for score calculation and reference

Candidates who find errors in the provisional answer key will be able to raise objections within the given deadline. The objection process will be conducted online through the official AIBE portal only. Candidates must submit proper documentary proof or legal references supporting their claim. Objections without valid evidence are likely to be rejected.
All submitted objections will be examined by subject experts appointed by BCI. Only verified corrections will be included in the final answer key. No objections will be accepted after the deadline.
After evaluating all objections, BCI will release the AIBE 21 final answer key 2026. The AIBE 21 result will be prepared strictly based on this final answer key. Once published, no further changes will be entertained. Candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks will be awarded the CoP, which is mandatory to practice law in India.
