    A score of 90 or above in CLAT 2026 can be termed as a really good score. General category candidates are very likely to get admission in almost all NLUs with this score. Only top NLUs like NLSIU Bengaluru, WBNUJS Kolkata, NALSAR Hyderabad might have their cutoffs above 95 marks. Except for these top NLUs, candidates will be eligible for almost all NLUs in a score of 90+ marks in the first round of counselling. For reserved category candidates, the road gets even easier in a CLAT 2026 score of 90+ marks.     90 marks in CLAT 2026 translates to what rank?

    To understand their admission chances better, candidates must first know what ranks will they get in the marks they score. According to last year’s CLAT marks vs rank analysis, a score of 90+ marks will get candidates a rank less than 500.     NLUs available in CLAT 2026 score of 90+

    A score of 90+ marks is a really good score given the difficulty level of the CLAT exam. According to the past years’ trends, candidates have a sure shot guarantee of tier 1 NLUs in this score. While NLSIU Bengaluru’s cutoff for general category goes above 95 marks in the first round, candidates can still target tier 1 NLUs like NALSAR Hyderabad, WBNUJS Kolkata, NLIU Bhopal, NLU Jodhpur etc. Coming to reserved categories, candidates can aim for all the top NLUs including NLSIU Bengaluru.
