NAAC A+ Accredited | Students | Moot Court Session | Legal Aid Clinics | | Scholarships to Meritorious
The registration process for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XXI has commenced on February 11, 2026. The last date to submit for the AIBE 21 application is set for April 30, 2026. This mandatory examination, conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI), is a prerequisite for law graduates seeking to practice law in Indian courts.
The primary objective of the exam, which will be held on June 7, 2026, is to assess the foundational legal knowledge and analytical capabilities of aspiring advocates. Under the current regulatory framework and the Advocates Act, passing the AIBE examination is the only pathway to securing a Certificate of Practice (COP). This certificate is a statutory requirement that officially authorises a graduate to litigate and represent clients in the Indian judicial system.
