IPU CET Law 2019 - Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has released the application form for IPU CET law 2019 along with the official admission notification. The last date to submit the application form will be notified soon by the university. GGSIPU will admit candidates into its BA/BBA LLB programmes through CLAT and no longer conduct IPU CET law 2019 for admissions. Candidates seeking admission into the undergraduate law programme need to appear in the CLAT for law and qualify the same. The national level law examination will be conducted in offline mode for the law aspirants to grab seats into two undergraduate law programmes on offer - BA LLB & BBA LLB. By conducting the law examination, IPU will be offering 1700 BA LLB and 660 BBA LLB seats. CLAT, for admissions into the university, will witness participation of eight participating institutes. IPU CET Law Admission Process 2019
IPU has published the detailed admission procedure on March 22, 2019. This year the admissions to the university will be conducted through CLAT. Candidates will get access of the application forms in online mode. After filling the application forms successfully, candidates are then issued admit cards. After the conduct of CLAT, the results will be announced. The candidates whose name features in the merit list are then called for the counselling procedure followed by the commencement of class.
IPU will now conduct admissions to its undergraduate law programmes through CLAT. The detailed notification will be released in the first week of March 2019. Given below are the tentative dates. The official dates will be updated here once they are announced.

GGSIPU has announced the eligibility criteria of IPU CET Law 2019 on March 22, 2019 along with the issue of notification. As per the IPU CET Law 2019 Eligibility Criteria laid down by the university, a candidate should have passed 10+2 examination with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of the subjects. An aspirant of IPU CET Law 2019 should also passed English as a subject. There is no age bar to appear in IPU CET Law entrance examination.
Aspirants of IPU CET Law 2019 can now get access of the application form of IPU CET Law 2019. IPU has released the IPU CET Law Application Form 2019 in online mode. After filling the IPU CET Law 2019 Application Form with all the relevant details candidates need to remit the prescribed application fee. Candidates can fill the application fee through online payment modes - Credit/Debit/Internet-banking. After remitting the fee, candidates then need to finally submit the application form of IPU CET Law 2019. It is also advised that candidates take a print out of the IPU CET Law 2019 Application form for future references.

This year, instead of IPU CET Law 2019, CLAT will be conducted for admissions into the university in 60 cities.
Indraprastha University will announce the admit card of IPU CET Law 2019. Candidates will get access of the IPU CET Law 2019 Admit card in online mode. All the details related to the examination and candidature will be inscribed on the admit card of IPU CET Law 2019. It is advised to the candidates that they download the IPU CET Law 2019 Admit card before the last date of downloading. Candidates who fill the application form and submit the same successfully will only be issued IPU CET Law 2019 Admit card.
How to prepare for IPU CET Law 2019
Preparing for IPU CET Law 2019 is not that difficult if candidates prepare following a system and a timetable. Candidates can go for the following trick and tips to crack IPU CET Law 2019 easily -
The exam pattern of IPU CET Law 2019 is announced by the university with the issue of notification. As per the IPU CET Law 2019 Exam Pattern, candidates will be given a questions paper with the total marks of 600 marks and will be conducted in offline mode. There will be 150 questions of four marks each. Candidates will be awarded four marks for each correct answers and there will be deduction of one mark for each incorrect answers. The question paper will consist of multiple choice questions where candidates will be given four options with one correct answer to mark.
As per the syllabus of IPU CET Law 2019, candidates will be examined on the topics namely - English Language and Comprehension, Logical reasoning, General knowledge and Legal aptitude.
IPU will announce the result of IPU CET Law 2019 by the third week of May 2019. Candidates will get access of the IPU CET Law 2019 Result in online mode. All the information related to the marks scored and the qualifying status can be found in the IPU CET Law Result 2019. After the release of IPU CET Law 2019 Result, candidates will also be issued a merit list. Candidates whose name will feature in the merit list will be shortlisted for the counselling procedure.
After the declaration of the result, IPU will release cutoff of IPU CET Law 2019 for all category candidates. After the release of result and cutoff list, candidates whose name will feature in merit list and who score according to the cutoff will be called for the counselling procedure to be held tentatively from June 18, 2019. As a part of the counselling procedure, candidates will be required to first register themselves online for participating in admission counselling, choice locking of seats, fee submission and document verification. The candidates needs to report in person at the allotted college for seeking admissions in the desired law programmes on a said date. The counselling of IPU CET Law 2019 may be organised for as many as three rounds depending upon the availability of seats.
IPU CET Law Seats and Reservation 2019
85% seats are reserved for candidates of Delhi region which means that the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from any school/Institute located in NCT of Delhi. These seats will be filled up through the merit /rank list of the respective CET Code prepared for Delhi region candidates. Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination through Distance/Open Education system of any recognized University/ Institute and had his/her Study Centres in Delhi will be considered as Delhi Region Candidates. In such cases, candidates candidates will also be required to prove themselves as Delhi candidates with valid proof.
15% seats are reserved for the candidates outside Delhi which means the candidates who have passed their qualifying degree from any school/Institute outside Delhi.
For institutions located in Delhi/NCR, the division of seats will be done on the basis of Delhi and outside Delhi candidates for which the decision will be taken by NCTD.
