LAT 2015 Eligibility
 – Candidates interested in applying for LAT 2015 need to ensure eligibility criteria before filling in LAT 2015 Online Application Form. Candidates need to possess a graduation degree in any discipline securing 45% of the total marks in aggregate of all subjects in the qualifying examination. The candidates appearing for graduation degree examination can also be considered eligible for admissions subjected to the minimum qualifying marks for the same.

 

LAT 2015 Application Form – LAT 2015 Application Form is available from April 2, 2015 till April 30, 2015. The applications need to be made online after registering themselves. Allahabad University may also provide the offline mode for applying for the three-year LLB admissions. Candidates need to submit the duly-filled in applications in any mode before the last date of submission, i.e., April 30, 2015.

 

LAT 2015 Admit Card – Candidates can download LAT 2015 Admit Card from May 15, 2015 onwards. The University shall not be sending any admit card via post. Candidates need to note that in any case no candidate shall be allowed to appear in the undergraduate law entrance exam without a valid LAT 2015 Admit Card. Candidates will also require to bring a photo-identity proof along with LAT 2015 E-Admit Card while appearing for the law entrance test.

LAT 2015 Exam Pattern – Allahabad Universityshall be conducting LAT 2015 on May 29, 2015. The entrance exam consists of250 objective type questions of 300 marks.The questions will cover three sections including Language Comprehension, General Awareness, Current Affairs and Reasoning and Mental Ability. There is a system of negative marking where 0.66 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer marked from Reasoning and Mental Ability section and 0.33 marks will be deduced for every wrong answerfrom Language Comprehension and General Awareness and Current Affairs sections.

 

LAT 2015 Result – The University shall be declaring Allahabad UniversityLLB 2015 Result by last week of June 2015. Candidates will be able to view LAT2015 Result, once it has been declared. Admissions to the three-year LLB programmes will be based on LAT 2015Result and Rank List.

what are the preparation tips for SLAT ( symbiosis law admission test) and which books do you suggest for this particular exam? Also, is there any crash course available in mumbai for SLAT preparations?

Symbiosis has a very good reputation in the country and many students wants to take admission in it by SLAT. Let's look at the syllabus first:

General Knowledge: 30

Logical Reasoning: 30

Analytical Reasoning: 30

Legal Reasoning: 30

Reading Comprehension: 30

Total : 150

The exam patter is: Paper type is MCQ. There are 150 questions one marks each, one minute for each question and no negative marking.

1. For the Written Ability Test (WAT) it is bit easy as the students will be given list of topics and they simply have to write essay on it.

2. Start preparing for the PI after the exam.

3. SLAT doesn't has that level of time bound so read the questions properly and answer (you can cover the course in less time).

4. For GK, prepare the current affairs and International news and you will be good to go.

LAT Examination is pen and paper based test. The duration of the exam is 2 hours.
Yes, the test language is Hindi as well. You can opt for English or Hindi as your test Language.
It's a multiple choice questions paper of 150 questions.
