Candidates who have completed class 12th or are studying in class 12th are eligible to apply for 5-year LLB programmes. A 5-year LLB is a five year integrated course that combines law with another subject depending on which 5-year LLB programme it is.
The law part of the integrated law programmes is similar across all the 5-year LLB courses. These courses provide a solid understanding of various areas of law. However the 5-year LLB syllabus differs for the domain subjects. Candidates can opt for a particular 5-year law programme depending upon their aptitude and preference.

The most popular option for law admissions for candidates from Maharashtra is MH CET law 2025 which is the law entrance exams conducted by CET Cell Maharashtra for admissions into participating law colleges in Maharashtra. Mumbai University has opened its application forms, under the Department of Law, for the two-year LLM program. The portable was made accessible for the applicants from the 3rd of August, 2024, and will be open till the 12th of August, 11:55 pm.
The applicants can fill out the form via their online portable, which is linked below for your convenience. The exam conducted by the Mumbai University for their LLM program is called the LLM CET exam, which will most probably be conducted by the end week of August 2024.
There will be around 50 multiple-choice questions from different areas of law such as constitutional law, family law, administrative law, human law, etc. The exact date of the exam will be conveyed to you either by email or via their website.
