The CET Cell started the MH CET Law 2026 Round 2 web options on August 23, 2026, for 5-year LLB and on August 24, 2026, for 3-year LLB. The authorities have released the MH CET Law 2026 vacant seats after round 1 seat allotment. Candidates who did not get a seat in round 1 or opted for betterment must fill out the MH CET Law round 2 web options. There are about 84 seats available for 3-year LLB and 57 seats available for 5-year LLB at GLC Mumbai. 83 seats are vacant at ILS Pune for its 3-year LLB course and 175 seats for the 5-year LLB course. Candidates will be allotted seats in the MH CET Law 2026 round 2 seat allotment based on the percentile, preference list, and vacant seats. The last date to submit the preference list for MH CET Law 2026 Round 2 seat allotment is August 26, 2026.
Top law colleges such as GLC Mumbai, ILS Pune, Praveen Gandhi, and more still have seats vacant for admission to their law programs. Candidates must prepare the preference list based on their preferences, while also considering the vacancies available. Note that the number of MH CET Law 2026 vacant seats keeps on changing due to admission cancellations.

The CET Cell revised the MH CET Law 2026 CAP rules for this year. It is now mandatory for candidates participating in Round 2 CAP to submit MH CET Law Round 2 web options. Those who participated in Round 1 and did not receive an allotment must also submit a new preference list. Candidates who opted for betterment must also submit a Round 2 preference list. They can also edit the submitted preference list till the last date.
The CET Cell will release the Round 2 seat allotment for 5-year LLB on August 28, 2026, and for 3-year LLB on August 29, 2026. Candidates will be able to check the MH CET Law 2026 seat allotment results on the official website. The authorities will also release the MH CET Law 2026 round 2 cut-offs for all participating law colleges. Candidates who will be allotted a college in round 2 must report to the concerned college before the specified deadline.
