• Secured a minimum 45% aggregate score in their graduation, SC/ST candidates must have secured a minimum of 40% aggregate marks.

• There is no upper age limit to appear for the entrance exam.

• To be eligible under domicile reservation, candidates must have passed the graduation or equivalent examination from the State of Odisha and secured at least 60% marks (or its equivalent grade) from any recognised College/University in the State of Odisha. The candidate must have a valid domicile/residential certificate issued by the Government of Odisha.

As per the NLU Odisha 3-year LLB marks distribution, each question in the NLU Odisha 3-year LLB exam carries one mark. There is no negative marking in the entrance exam.
