The Bar Council of India conducted the AlBE 19 exam on December 22, 2024. The same authorities will soon release the answer key for AIBE 19. The AIBE 2024 provisional answer key will comprise all the responses to the questions asked in the All India Bar Examination. The Bar Council of India will open the AIBE 19 provisional answer key objection window. Candidates can raise objections against the inaccurate answers. After considering the valid objections, the officials will publish the final answer key for AIBE 2024. The AIBE 19 results will be based on the AIBE 2024 final answer key. Aspirants who have achieved the AIBE 19 passing marks and have scored above the AIBE 2024 cut-off will be awarded the AIBE Certificate of Practice 2024 (CoP). Candidates can collect the AIBE CoP from the respective State Bar Councils. It is mandatory to own an AIBE 19 CoP to practice law in India.

The Bar Council of India will release the AIBE answer key 2024 for each set of question papers a few days after the conclusion of the AIBE 19 exam. The Bar Council of India will declare the AIBE 19 result tentatively in February 2025. Candidates who qualify and clear the cutoff for AIBE 2024 in the AIBE exam will receive an AIBE 19 CoP. The AIBE result will be prepared as per the AIBE 2024 final answer key.
Since the AIBE is a certificate-based exam, candidates will receive a Certificate of Practice after clearing the cutoff for AIBE 19. However, candidates must be enrolled with their respective state bar councils to receive the certificate. The BPP is typically required for those who do not have a formal educational qualification equivalent to 10+2.it has nothing to do with aibe exam because it conducted to assess basic level knowledge of law degree student and lay down minimum benchmark for entering into practice of law in addition to assessing candidate's analytical skills.
To take AIBE EXAM you need to do bachelor's degree in law either of five or three years course from a recognised university.if you done your graduation you can take admission in three years law course through direct entry or by giving law entrance exam like CLAT CUET ailet etc.
