    AIBE 21 Difficulty Level Analysis

Based on initial candidate reactions, the overall difficulty level of AIBE 21 2026 was moderate. Questions from Constitutional Law, CPC, and the new criminal laws, BNS, BNSS, and BSA, were reported to be slightly tricky, particularly for candidates who had prepared from older editions of bare acts. Questions from the Contract Act, Evidence Act, and Transfer of Property Act were relatively straightforward.

A handful of questions drew mixed reactions, with candidates flagging them as ambiguous or having more than one arguably correct option. These are likely to attract objections once the provisional answer key is released.
