The Bar Council of India is conducting the AIBE 21 exam 2026 on June 7, 2026. BCI has already prescribed AIBE 21 qualifying marks on its website. Candidates appearing for the All India Bar Examination must know that AIBE 21 is a qualifying examination. This means that candidates just need to attain passing marks in this exam. Students who will achieve AIBE 21 passing marks will be eligible to become advocates in Indian courts and get a Certificate of Practice from their respective bar councils. The AIBE 21 Cut-off for the general OBC category in 2026 are 45%. For AIBE 21 qualifying marks 2026 in the SC, ST, and PwD categories, candidates must secure 40% marks.

In case there are changes in the final answer key, the AIBE 21 passing marks will also change. Once the exam is concluded, the AIBE 21 provisional answer key is released. Candidates who appeared for the exam are given a chance to raise objections against the provisional key in case they find any errors or issues with the responses given. The academic committee of BCI will then review the objections and publish an updated final answer key. In the AIBE 21 final answer key, if questions are removed, the AIBE 21 passing marks will change.
