    AIBE 21 Qualifying Marks

    BCI has specified the AIBE 21 passing marks for candidates who appear for the exam. The general and OBC candidates must obtain at least 42 marks out of 100 to pass the exam. Similarly, SC and ST candidates require 37 marks out of 100 to qualify the AIBE 21 exam. As there were no questions withdrawn from the exam based on the AIBE 21 final answer key, the passing marks were still changed by the moderation committee.

    No. If you are currently in the 5th semester of a 3-year LL.B., you generally cannot register for AIBE yet.

    Under the current BCI rules, a 3-year LL.B. student must be in the final semester (6th semester) and have no backlogs from previous semesters to register for AIBE.
