The Division Bench said that there was an urgency needed in hearing the challenges and expressed its intention to resolve the matters at the earliest. The initial focus is to resolve the controversies pertaining to CLAT UG and then see what can be done in matters of CLAT PG. The CLAT 2025 result petitions will be heard again on April 8, 2025.
The Delhi HC heard 15 cases today. It has fixed the next CLAT 2025 hearing date.
