    The Consortium of National Law Universities is scheduled to release the CLAT 2026 second merit list on January 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Candidates who have opted for the "float" option or are waiting for an initial allotment can follow these steps:

    1. Visit the official website of the Consortium of NLUs, consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

    2. Click on the "CLAT 2026" tab.

    3. Scroll down to the notification section or check the "Allotment List" PDF link.

    4. Click on the link for the “CLAT 2026 Second Provisional Allotment List”.

    5. The merit lists are published university-wise. Select the desired NLU to view the closing ranks for the OBC category.

    6. Save the PDF for future reference during document verification and fee payment.

    Domicile cut-offs are unpredictable. You can apply and get a seat only if the domicile category is selected. You can apply, but the chances of getting either of them are rare.
