    The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is an entrance exam held annually at the national level. It is conducted to get admissions to 24 participating NLUs and more than 60+ private law schools. Every year, around 50,000 students appear for the law entrance exam. There are roughly around 4,000 seats available for admission through the CLAT exam. It is a competitive exam and it is important to score a good rank in the CLAT exam. CLAT 2026 is conducted on December 7, 2025.     When will the CLAT forms be filled and when will the exam be held?

    The CLAT 2027 application form will open in the first week of August 2026. While the exam will be held on the first or second Sunday of December 2026.
