CLAT 5th Allotment List 2024: The Consortium of NLUs has published the fifth merit list of CLAT 2024 in online mode on May 28, 2024. Students who have been allotted seats in the CLAT fifth allotment list can pay the balance fee till May 31, 2024, till 1 pm. The CLAT 5th allotment list 2024 is available on the official website - consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The Consortium has released the CLAT merit list for fifth round for all National Law Universities separately.

The Consortium of NLUs has already concluded four rounds of counselling in online mode. The CLAT 2024 fourth merit list was released on May 20, 2024. The CLAT fifth counselling 2024 is the last round of counselling and seat allotment. Candidates are allotted seats on the basis of their merit ranks.

CLAT 5th Merit List - Important Instructions

  • Candidates who have selected the “Float” option in the first, second or fourth round of CLAT 2024 counselling will not be considered for subsequent rounds of counselling.

  • The “Float” option has expired after the fourth round of counselling.

  • In the fifth round of CLAT counselling, candidates will have to either choose “Freeze” or “Exit” option in the allotment.

  • Any candidates who have been allotted seats according to their indicated NLU preference will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 20,000 before exercising the “Freeze” option.

  • Candidates will be given a refund with a deduction of Rs 5000 in case they choose to exercise the “Exit” button after May 23, 2024.

Candidates seeking admissions in NLUs in the fifth round of CLAT 2024 counselling can check the CLAT 2024 fifth merit list by following the below-given steps:

  • Log on to the official website of CLAT 2024: consortiumofnlus.ac.in

  • Next, click on the CLAT 2024 link on the homepage of the Consortium’s website.

  • Click on the “CLAT 5th allotment list 2024” link.

  • Upon clicking on the link, students will be directed to a new page with CLAT fifth merit lists given separately for all participating NLUs.

  • Click on the name of the NLU you want to check the CLAT merit list 2024 for.

  • The CLAT fifth merit list will appear on the screen.

  • Candidates will also have the option of downloading the CLAT fifth merit list in PDF.

CLAT Counselling and Seat Allotment 2024

The CLAT fifth round of counselling is the last round of counselling. The CLAT fifth counselling 2024 has also commenced from May 28, 2024 with the publication of the merit list. Yes, you are eligible for CLAT exam if you have cleared your class 12 examination from a recognized board with minimum of 45% marks. For SC/ST category students, only 40% aggregate score is required to be eligible for this exam. In addition, students who are currently in their class 12 and are due to pass out in 2025 are also eligible to apply.

As per your question, NO you are not eligible to give CLAT exam this year. Because the eligibility criteria for the CLAT exam provides that, you need to complete your 12th grade and during the filling of application form for the CLAT, you need to put your marks, and without completing 12th you cannot get your marks.
