NUALS Kochi Seat Reversion Rules 2026

NUALS Kochi follows a specific protocol if these specialised seats are not filled during the admission cycle:

    • Foreign national vacancy: If the 2 seats for Foreign Nationals remain vacant, they are first offered to candidates in the NRI-sponsored quota. In this scenario, the NRI-sponsored fee structure applies.

    • NRI-sponsored vacancy: If the 6 seats for NRI-sponsored candidates (or any reverted Foreign National seats) remain unfilled, they are converted into All India General Category seats. These are then filled based on the CLAT 2026 merit list.
