NLU Delhi was established in the year 2008 and this university is not a part of the Consortium. At NLU Delhi, the university does not accept the scores of the CLAT exam instead conducts and accepts the scores of the All India Law Entrance Test, (AILET).

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur

At IIT Kharagpur, the institute offers a three-year LLB and an LLM programme. The institute conducted the IIT Kharagpur LLB admissions on March 17, 2024. Candidates must pass the bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Medicine or a minimum of 60% marks for a seat in the three-year LLB programme. The application fee for male candidates (General/ EWS/ OBC) is Rs 3,000 and Rs 1,500 for the female, SC/ST, PwD and third-gender candidates.

The Indian Law Institute in New Delhi only offers postgraduate and PhD level courses and does not provide any undergraduate law courses. The duration of the ILI New Delhi LLM course is 1 year. To be eligible for the LLM course candidates must have passed an LLB degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised university/ institute and pass the ILI CAT exam.
