Law graduates who have completed 3-year LLB or a 5-year LLB, and final year law students without any backlogs are eligible to apply for AIBE 20 (XX). Candidates who have not enrolled with a State Bar Council are also eligible to register for AIBE 20, but such candidates will have to submit the certificate later so that their AIBE result is not withheld.
To appear for AIBE 20, law graduates must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Hold a 3-year LLB or five-year integrated LLB degree from an institute recognised by the BCI.
State Bar Council Registration: Law graduates must be enrolled with a State Bar Council and have an Advocate ID card.
Final-Year Students: Candidates in the final year of LLB without backlogs are eligible to apply for the bar exam.
Passing Marks: No minimum AIBE eligibility marks
Age Limit: There is no upper or lower age limit to appear for the bar exam.

Register for AIBE 20 with personal and educational details
Upload the necessary documents
Upon submitting the application form, candidates will be sent a registration number and password to their email ID and phone number
Log in to your AIBE account and make the AIBE 20 registration fee payment in the desired mode of payment
Next, candidates have to pay the application fee (Rs. 3,500 for General/ OBC; Rs. 2,500 for SC/ ST)
Download and take a printout of the confirmation page of AIBE 20 registration for future reference
