Final-Year Law Students | Currently in the final semester of a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. from a BCI-recognised University/BCI-approved affiliated College. No backlogs in previous semesters. |
Law Graduates (No Degree Yet) | Completed 3-year or 5-year LL.B. from a BCI-recognised institution but awaiting degree conferral. |
Law Graduates (Degree Obtained) | Obtained LL.B. degree from a BCI-recognised institution, but not enrolled with any State Bar Council, or enrolled but surrendered enrolment certificate. |

The Bar Council of India will begin the AIBE 22 registration from August 19, 2026. The AIBE 22 registration window will open till Octover 27, 2026. Candidates will be able to fill the AIBE application form from the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates will be required to fill in all the mentioned personal, academic, and communication details. Also, candidates must upload the required documents, like a photograph and a signature, in the prescribed format. The AIBE 22 application process will be complete after the payment of the application fee. AIBE 22 registration fee is Rs. 3,500 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, and Rs. 2,500 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
