AIBE 20 Exam Important Notice: Exam Timing and Enrollment Certificate Deadline

The Bar Council of India has notified the AIBE 20 exam timing and the deadline extension of the AIBE 19 enrollment certificate. The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 20 will be conducted on November 30, 2025 from 1 pm to 4 pm. The entry to the AIBE examination hall will start by 11:30 am. Along with this, the authorities also extended the deadline for the AIBE 19 enrollment certificate. The deadline to upload the enrollment certificate has been extended till March 21, 2026, to be considered for the issuance of their AIBE Certificate of Practice. Candidates will be able to access the document upload portal through the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. However, the official notification and the required portal link to upload the certificate will be made active on the AIBE website soon.

Earlier, the authorities informed that those candidates whose AIBE 19 results are marked as withheld can upload their enrolment certificate. BCI had declared the AIBE 19 result on March 21, 2025. In this article, get the steps to upload the enrolment certificate and other relevant details.

Important Instructions from BCI for Enrollment Certificate

  • Candidates must upload their Enrollment Certificate on the official AIBE portal at allindiabarexamination.com.

  • The deadline to submit the enrollment certificate for AIBE 19 is March 21, 2026. After this date, incomplete records will lead to withholding of results or a delay in issuing the Certificate of Practice.

How to Upload Enrolment Certificate?

Candidates are required to follow the steps below to upload their enrolment certificate:

  • Visit the official website - allindiabarexamination.com

  • Click on the enrolment certificate upload tab

  • Log in with your roll number and password

  • Upload the Enrolment certificate, photo, and signature in the prescribed format

  • Click on the submit button

When will the AIBE 20 exam be held?

The AIBE 20 registration window will close on October 28, 2025. Candidates who wish to apply for the bar exam can register by visiting the official website: allindiabarexamination.com before the AIBE 20 registration last date. The Bar Council of India (BCI) will be conducted on November 30, 2025, with admit cards issued by November 15, 2025. The bar exam will be held in offline mode from 1 pm to 4 pm. The entry to the AIBE 20 exam centre will commence at 11:30 am.

The AIBE(All India Bar Examination) is conducted only for law graduate students to get a certificate for Practice to practice law in court in India. This exam is conducted in offline mode, including 100 multiple-choice questions and has no negative marking. Students need to score at least 45 out of 100 questions and 40 for SC/ST candidates.

The registration for this exam has officially closed for the 2025 exam session.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have cleared a 3-year or 5-year LLB from a BCI-recognised university.
  • Final year students are also eligible for this exam.
  • Candidates must carry the Bare Act without notes.
