AIBE 20 Passing Marks 2025 After Release of Final Answer Key - 5 Questions Withdrawn

The Bar Council of India has published the AIBE 20 final answer key on January 6, 2026. The AIBE XX final answer key is available for download in this article as well as the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. According to the AIBE 20 final answer key, a total five questions have been withdrawn. The AIBE 20 qualifying marks have also been revised after the publication of the final answer key. General and OBC category candidates now must score minimum 42.75 marks out of 95 to pass whereas SC, ST and PwD category candidates must score minimum 38 marks. AIBE 20 Qualifying Marks after Final Answer Key
Since five questions have been withdrawn from each set, candidates are evaluated out of 95 questions. Accordingly, the AIBE qualifying marks stand revised to 43 for General and OBC candidates, and 38 for SC and ST candidates. Check out the table below for more details:

AIBE 20 Result Date by BCI
The Bar Council of India will publish the AIBE 20 results shortly. According to BCI helpdesk, the AIBE 20 result date is expected to be in the third week of January 2026. Candidates are advised to wait for the official notification from BCI regarding the AIBE 20 result date. The same will be updated in this section.
