The Delhi High Court has delivered the CLAT PG 2025 judgment today, June 4, 2025 at 2:30 pm. The CLAT PG 2025 judgment copy from Delhi HC will shortly be uploaded on the court's website. The court ordered the consortium to take note of the 'excessive' fee and also clarified that it has entertained all the petitions even though the petitioners did not raise objections in the CLAT answer key objection window. Earloer, in a pronouncement of judgment notification for June 6, 2025, the Delhi HC has mentioned all three cases related to CLAT PG results 2025. The bench of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela had reserved their judgment in Delhi HC for CLAT PG 2025 results. Talking of the proceedings of the hearing in CLAT PG cases, the initial petitions had a total of 8 questions that were challenged in the court. Later, the consortium withdrew four questions from the 8 questions that were challenged. As the hearing continued, the counsel of one of the petitioners withdrew the challenge from one question. As of now the court has reserved its verdict on this matter and the judgment has been pronounced at 2:30 pm today. Given the current state of the case, it is almost certain that the CLAT PG 2025 results will be revised. The consortium has already withdrawn five questions and the High Court is yet to give judgment in three cases. Even if all three remaining questions out of the total 8 go in favour of the consortium, the results shall still be revised for the withdrawn questions. The CLAT PG revised results date 2025 will be clear once the Delhi HC pronounces the judgment. The court is also likely to give the consortium a deadline to publish the revised results just like how it did in the CLAT UG case. Since the admission process has been delayed by around six months, the consortium will look to expedite the CLAT PG 2025 result declaration process.
