Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has further extended the Round 1 schedule for IPU BA LLB and BBA LLB 2026 admissions through CLAT UG 2026. As per the latest notification dated June 23, 2026, fresh registration, counselling enrolment, and uploading of educational and category documents have been extended till June 29, 2026 (11 PM). The choice filling window will remain open till June 29, 2026 (11:59 PM). The university has also extended the correction/edit and document upload facility till June 29, 2026 (11:59 PM).

Earlier, GGSIPU had commenced the enrolment process for centralised online counselling on June 10, 2026. Candidates seeking admission to BA LLB and BBA LLB programmes through CLAT UG 2026 can complete the counselling formalities through the official admission portal within the revised deadlines. Seat allotment under Round 1 will be conducted based on CLAT merit, reservation criteria, and preferences submitted by candidates.
The application process for IPU BA LLB and PU BBA LLB 2026 admissions through CLAT and CUET closed on May 30, 2026. The university will offer admission based on CLAT UG 2026 scores and use CUET Law 2026 scores to fill vacant seats, if any. The university follows a centralised counselling process consisting of multiple stages, including choice filling, seat allotment, and a sliding round. IPU BA LLB Admission through CLAT and CUET 2026
GGSIPU Delhi takes admission for its five-year integrated law programmes based on two entrance exams, CLAT 2026 and CUET UG BA LLB 2026. The primary gateway for admission is the CLAT UG 2026 merit. The university officially opened the registration portal for CLAT-qualified students on February 2, 2026. The registration fee is Rs 2,500 and is non-refundable. It is important to note that admission through the merit of CUET Law 2026 will only be carried out after exhausting the merit list of CLAT UG 2026. Candidates who have already registered via the CLAT-based window starting February 2, 2026, do not need to register again unless applying specifically under the secondary CUET criteria for vacant seats.
