KLEE Registration 2025 - Date, How to Apply, Fees, Last Date

The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala, will tentatively open the application form window for both 5-year LLB and 3-year LLB programmes in the last week of July 2025. The authorities only accept online application forms. Candidates interested in appearing for the KLEE exam can visit the official website - cee.kerala.gov.in to fill out the KLEE application form 2025. Before completing the registration process, students should make sure that they fulfil the KLEE 2025 eligibility criteria to avoid any type of rejection during the admission process. Candidates are required to submit the application form for KLEE 2025 by filling out details such as academic qualification, contact information and personal details. CEE Kerala will tentatively close the KLEE registrations 2025 in the first week of August 2025. The KLEE application form fee is Rs 850 for candidates belonging to the General and SEBC categories, while those from the SC/ST categories are required to pay Rs 425.

Appearing for the exam will provide applicants an opportunity to pursue 3-year LLB, 5-year LLB, and LLM in several participating colleges across Kerala. CEE Kerala conducts the Kerala Law Entrance Exam separately for each of the two LLB courses and the LLM programme. It must be noted that CEE Kerala will release the KLEE 2025 application form separately for the three law courses listed above.

KLEE Application Form 2025 - Eligibility Criteria
Before proceeding with KLEE 2025 registration, candidates must make sure they satisfy the KLEE 2025 eligibility criteria. The eligibility requirements pertain to the minimum educational qualification required along with the minimum passing marks, and age limit if any. CEE Kerala prescribes the following eligibility criteria for KLEE 2025
Candidates must have cleared 10+2 for 5-year LLB, graduation in any stream for 3-year LLB, and a graduation in law for LLM.
Minimum passing marks of 45% for general category, 42% for SEBC, and 40% for SC/ST candidates is required for KLEE LLB. However, a minimum passing mark of 50% is required for LLM.
There is no upper age limit

How to Fill KLEE 2025 Application Form?
Candidates must visit CEE Kerala’s official website to fill out the KLEE application form 2025. The application form will be released in online mode, and candidates are required to enter their personal details, qualifications and address details to complete the form.

Visit the official website of CEE Kerala - cee.kerala.gov.in
Perform initial registration to get login credentials by filling up basic details such as name, mobile number and email id.
Login and fill in all the necessary details such as name, date of birth, address, academic qualifications, gender etc. Save and finalise the application after ensuring the accuracy of the filled in details.
Pay the stipulated application fee
Upload all the necessary documents such as photographs, signatures and certificates
Download and take a printout of the application acknowledgement page to complete the KLEE exam registration process.

Nativity Proof
- SSLC certificate as proof of date of birth
Certificates obtained from Tahsildar for SC/ST community verification.
Non-Creamy layer certificate for SEBC/OEC candidates
Inter-Caste Marriage Certificate for candidates who are children of inter-caste married couples with one parent as ST/ST.
EWS certificate if applicable
Attested copy of the certificate from the medical board for a person with disabilities.

KLEE Application Form Fees 2025
To complete KLEE 2025 registration, candidates must pay the required application fee. The application fee of KLEE 2025 can be paid in online or offline mode. Candidates can make online payment using internet banking, debit, or credit card. On the other hand, offline payment can be made at post offices in Kerala after taking a printout of the e-challan from the official website.
What is the registration fee for Klee?
Candidates have to pay the registration fee for KLEE as prescribed by CEE Kerala at the time of the release of official notification. Candidates can check their application fee payment status through the application fee tab through candidate login. In case of unsuccessful online payment, candidates will automatically get the money back into their account within five working days. In case of discrepancies in offline payment status, candidates are advised to contact the concerned post office.

KLEE Admit Card 2025
CEE Kerala will tentatively issue the KLEE 2025 admit card in online mode in the second week of August 2025 for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB. Registered candidates can access the admit card by logging on to the official website - cee.kerala.gov.in. They must download it and take a printout of the same to be carried to the exam hall. The KLEE 2025 hall ticket is a mandatory document without which candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam. It carries information relating to the test centre, reporting time, exam date and the candidate’s name and registration number.

Yes, You can do law. The eligibility Criteria for joining 3 year law course:
Students must finish a bachelor's degree curriculum in any field, such as a BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, or BCA, in order to be admitted to three-year LLB programmes.
Minimum grades can differ per college; some ask for 50%, while others only accept 45%. Additionally, there is a minimal mark relaxation for applicants from reserved categories at public law institutions.
It is possible for candidates to apply for a degree in law while they are taking their final year or semester test for an undergraduate degree, provided they fulfil the additional eligibility conditions set out by the college to which they want to be admitted.
