Owing to negative marking, each incorrect answer will lead to a deduction of one mark.
To start of with the preparation, the first step that candidates should take is to familiarize themselves with the exam pattern of IPU CET law 2019 and syllabus.
Once candidates have gone through the exam pattern and syllabus, they should dig up sufficient material on the topics and start studying them.
It is advised that the test takers start with their preparations well in advance. Ideally a candidate should begin at least a year before the exam.
In addition to IPU CET law 2019 exam pattern and syllabus, candidates should also practice sample papers. They should be conducting mock test sessions for themselves wherein they try to finish the paper within the same time duration as that of the real exam.
Candidates should make a timetable and organize their study plan in such a way that they are left with at least a month for revision.
The key to cracking the entrance will be regular and thorough study.
Candidates should not forget to carry at least two copies of admit cards, two passport size photographs, and a valid identity proof on the day of the exam. Else, they will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
Candidates should reach at least thirty minutes before the exam is about to commence.
It should be seriously noted that candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after the exam begins. The timings of the test will be mentioned in the admit card; the exam will begin exactly at the time mentioned.
The university will conduct the verification processes first following which the candidates will be allowed to sit for the examination. There will be no extra time provided for the verification related formalities.
Candidates will receive separate question and answer booklets. Once candidates receive the booklets, they should check if the booklets contain the same number of pages as mentioned on the first page of the booklet. If a candidate finds some pages to be missing, he/she should immediately get in touch with the invigilator regarding this.
Candidates should be carry a black ball point pen with themselves on the day of examination. They should use only black ball point pen to mark their answers and their details on the OMR sheet.
Candidates should darken the ovals against the correct answers completely. The scanner will not read faintly or partially marked ovals. Ovals which are not marked properly can result in negative marking as well.
Candidates should refrain from marking multiple ovals for a single question. If they do so, they will be subjected to negative marking.
While filling the details on the OMR sheet, candidates should not leave any field blank. Also, they should fill in the correct details on the sheet. Incorrect or unfilled details will lead to cancellation of the candidate’s answer paper and he/she will not be evaluated any further.
There will be a rough space provided on the OMR answer sheet. Candidates should use this space for rough work, as they are strictly prohibited from doing rough work on the OMR sheet.
Candidates will not be allowed to take out any page from the test booklet.
Candidates should contact the invigilator in case of any confusion.

In order to be eligible to take admission in Indraprastha University for LLB course, the candidate should have passed their 12th class under 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent with atleast an aggregate of 50% marks.
And rest it depends upon your score in the entrance test conducted by the university.

IPU admit cards for BA/BBA LLB was said to be released by April last, but there is no such link on the official site as of yet. You can directly contact via email/call the college authorities regarding the same. Also, IPU CET for LLB wont be conducted this year. Students will be admitted on the basis of their CLAT score.
