Rajasthan University will release the RULET 2026 application form tentatively in the third week of April 2026. Candidates could pay an application fee of Rs 2200 through the online ICICI Bank Payment Gateway. According to the RULET 2026 eligibility criteria, a candidate who is a resident of Rajasthan should have at least 50% in 10+2 and if belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC, then at least 45% in 10+2 grade. If the student is not from Rajasthan, then he or she must have at least 60% in the 10+2 grade. There is no upper limit or lower limit of age for this exam. The RULET exam syllabus 2026 includes the important topics and structure of the RULET 2026 exam. The RULET syllabus 2026 comprises a total of four sections that are English Language, Legal Reasoning, Current Affairs and General Knowledge, and Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning. The university will conduct the RULET 2026 in the second week of June 2026 (from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm).
Rajasthan University will admit students into the 5-year BA LLB programme through the Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test or RULET 2026. Candidates will be admitted into the 5-year law programme based on the marks obtained in the RULET 2026 exam and personal interview and GD. Rajasthan University offers a total of 120 seats in the BA LLB programme. The RULET exam is a two-hour-long test. The test paper consists of 150 objective-type questions, each carrying two marks. There will be a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer. The questions will be asked from the following subjects;

Rajasthan University will prescribe the following eligibility criteria for the RULET entrance exam 2026.
The candidates must have passed Class 12th or an equivalent examination with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% in the case of SC and ST category candidates).
The candidates must have passed Class 12th or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks or above, from a board recognised by Rajasthan University.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam in the current year may also apply.
There is no age limit for appearing in the exam.
Rajasthan University will open the RULET 2026 application form in online mode tentatively in the third week of April 2026. The RULET 2026 registration details include filling in the candidate's details, father's name, date of birth and paying the RULET application fees. Candidates can fill out the application form for RULET 2026 by registering on the official website - rulet.univraj.org. The RULET 2026 application form fee is Rs. 2200 for all the candidates.

The university is expected to conduct the RULET 2026 in the second week of June 2026. It has prescribed the test pattern of RULET 2026, which gives an insight into the test structure as well as other rules and modalities of it. The important features of the RULET 2026 exam pattern are given.
The RULET 2026 exam syllabus will be divided into five sections as mentioned below.
RULET 2026 will be conducted for a duration of two hours. There will be 150 objective-type questions. Each correct question will carry two marks. And, no marks will be deducted for incorrect answers. Apart from the admission test, a separate GD-PI will be conducted for 100 marks.

Improve reading skills - Candidates should focus on improving their reading speeds and for this, they should read newspapers, books, as well as blogs.

Practice mock tests - It is advised that to prepare and get an idea of the real-time exam, you should refer to the previous years' papers for RULET 2026 as well as there are plenty of mock tests available online that are similar to the law entrance exam. The final answer key of RULET 2026 will be released in the second week of June 2026 after considering the valid objections against the provisional answer key. Along with the notice for the group discussion and personal interview, the answer key objection format has been uploaded on the website. Candidates can use the answer key of RULET 2026 to cross-check their answers in the exam and get an idea of their scores. Candidates should follow the steps given below to download the RULET answer key:

The RULET 2026 result will be declared in the last week of June 2026. Candidates can check their scorecards on the official website- admissions.univraj.org/uletPanel by entering their roll number and date of birth. The RULET result 2026 includes details such as the section-wise and overall marks secured by the candidate. Such candidates who qualify for the screening process will be featured in the final merit list. The admissions will be based on the final merit list only.
Rajasthan University will begin the RULET 2026 counselling tentatively in the first week of July 2026. The university will notify the RULET 2026 counselling schedule on the official website. The RULET counselling 2026 will be held in offline mode. The university will conduct two rounds of RULET 2026 counselling after publishing the admission list. The first and second RULET 2026 admission lists will be published in the second week of July 2026, respectively.
The RULET 2026 counselling process includes steps such as online registration, document submission, verification of documents and candidate details and seat allotment. The RULET 2026 counselling will be held in multiple rounds. After each round, an admission list will be declared. Shortlisted candidates have to complete the admission process by submitting the course fee.
Rajasthan University will notify the GD and PI schedule on its official website. The Group Discussion and Personal Interview will be held from the second week of June 2026 onwards. Candidates who qualify for the entrance test are called for a personal interview. The RULET 2026 personal interview will be conducted in multiple rounds, for which the university released a roll number-wise list of candidates.
The RULET personal interview carries 25 marks. It is an assessment of the candidates' personality. Following the conduct of a personal interview, a final result is declared.
