The Bar Council of India is yet to release the AIBE 20 (XX) notification 2025 on its website. Candidates who are in the final year of their LLB or have passed LLB are eagerly waiting for the AIBE 20 exam notification. Careers360 contacted the AIBE officials and it was confirmed that the AIBE 20 (XX) exam notification will be released in August or September. According to the AIBE Helpdesk officials, the notification might be released next week and the AIBE 20 exam will be conducted in December 2025. This means that this year the All India Bar Examination will be conducted only once, unlike other past years where the exam was conducted twice. Carees360 got in touch with the BCI AIBE Helpdesk to confirm the AIBE 20 notification dates. As per BCI, the AIBE XX exam notification 2025 will be published likely in August or September 2025. The AIBE XX (20) exam date 2025 will be in December 2025. Once the AIBE 20 exam notification is out, all important dates like registration dates, admit card dates, exam dates, result dates and more.
The below-given candidates would be eligible to take the AIBE 20 exam:
Candidates who have completed their 5-year LLB or 3-year LLB from a BCI recognized university or college.
Candidates must have enrolled with their state bar council, however this is not an immediate requirement but candidates need to submit their enrollment certificate to get their results.
Candidates who are currently in the final year of their LLB degree are also eligible to apply.
