RULET 2020 - The University of Rajasthan will start the application form of RULET 2020, tentatively from the second week of May 2020 in online mode, while the Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test (RULET) will be conducted around the second week of June 2020. The university conducts RULET for admissions to the five-year integrated law programmes offered at the University Five Year Law College, Jaipur. Candidates applying for the RULET 2020 application form will be issued admit card to appear in the RULET, which will be conducted in offline mode and will contain 200 multiple-choice questions. The Rajasthan University has prescribed some eligibility criteria of RULET 2020 for candidates. The RULET eligibility criteria 2020 includes parameters like educational qualification, age, minimum marks etc. Before applying for RULET 2020, candidates need to ensure that they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria as given below.
Candidate should have completed the class 12th for admissions.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply for RULET 2020
Minimum marks criteria
Candidates who are bonafide residents of Rajasthan need to secure at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
SC/ST candidates of Rajasthan are required to have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
All candidates belonging to other states must secure a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.
As per the BCI norms, there is no age limit to appear in RULET 2020
The conducting body will release the application form of RULET 2020, tentatively in the second week of May 2020. The application form of RULET 2020 will be filled in online mode, by registering at the official website. Applying for the RULET application form 2020 includes steps like uploading documents, filling the detailed application form, fees payment etc. The details are explained below.
Candidate will need to register online by entering the general information such as name, email id, mobile number, etc. The registration will be completed only after the application form is filled duly and the documents are uploaded. While filling the RULET application form, candidates will have to provide their personal information, address, locality, educational qualification and other details. Candidates will have to upload the following documents in the prescribed format.

Application fee payment
After successful registration, candidate has to pay the application fee in online mode through a payment gateway provided by the university. The RULET 2020 application fee is Rs. 2000.
Printing the application form
Upon successful payment of fees, candidates will have to generate the invoice and take the print out of RULET application form 2020. It should be noted that candidates will not be required to send the hard copy of RULET 2020 application to the university.
The authorities will release the RULET 2020 admit card, tentatively in the first week of June 2020. Candidates will have to download the admit card of RULET 2020 in online mode, by just entering the application number. The RULET admit card 2020 will inform about the centre of entrance examination, roll number, along with other details such as exam date and timings, exam instructions etc. it should be noted that candidates will have to carry the RULET 2020 admit card to the exam centre along with other documents such as valid ID card and photograph.

The conducting body prescribes a syllabus of RULET 2020 and questions in the entrance test are framed from the topics and subjects mentioned in the syllabus. The syllabus includes the following subjects/topics.
English (Language ability)
The exam will be conducted for a duration of two hours and candidates should report at least 1 hour before the start of the entrance exam.
No candidate will be allowed to enter after 10minutes of the commencement of RULET 2020.
It is mandatory for all candidates to carry the RULET admit card 2020 along with a valid ID to the examination centre.
Carrying mobile phones, calculators or any other electronic gadgets inside the exam hall is strictly prohibited.
Candidates will be provided OMR sheets to record answers along with the question booklets.
The university will publish the answer key of RULET 2020 around the second week of June 2020 on its official website. The answer key of RULET 2020 will be provisional in nature and will contain the answers to all questions asked in the examination. Candidates will have the option to raise objections against the answers given in the RULET answer key 2020.
The university will provide a fixed window for receiving the objections against the RULET answer key 2020. To raise an objection, candidates will have to use offline mode and submit the detailed objections in writing to the following address within the given timeline.

After considering the validity of all objections, the university will release an improved answer key which will be accessible in the same manner as the provisional RULET answer key 2020.
The university will announce the result of RULET 2020, tentatively in the last week of July 2020 in online mode. To check the RULET result 2020, candidates will have to enter the roll number on the result portal of the university. The result of RULET 2020 will contain all the information regarding the candidate’s performance in the entrance test. It will contain the marks, rank, roll number, qualifying status etc.
The university will release a detailed schedule regarding the conduct of RULET 2020 counselling. All candidates, provisionally selected for counselling will be called for counselling and seat allotment through a call letter. The counselling of RULET 2020 will consist of events like registration for counselling, document submission and verification and others. The RULET counselling 2020 will be conducted in multiple rounds, much depending upon the seats left vacant after each round of counselling. However, it should be noted that candidates getting better rank will be given preference in the counselling and seat allotment i.e merit cum preference criteria will be followed.
