You may be expert in law but not quantitative questions.” Furthermore the division bench suggested the Consortium of NLUs to have better paper setters in the future.
Today, the division bench heard all challenges from Aditya Singh (the initial petitioner who got two questions revised in a two-judge bench order). Also, the Delhi HC heard Harshit Garg’s counsel’s arguments on some questions. The Delhi HC has now adjourned the matter for tomorrow.
