The CLAT 2025 Delhi HC hearing continued on April 8. The bench of judges had earlier iterated that they will finish up the CLAT 2025 UG cases list and then move on to the PG list. Today, the court majorly heard the counsels’ challenges to the CLAT 2025 answer key and counter-arguments from consortium of NLUs’ counsel Senior Advocate Rajshekhar Rao. On one challenge on CLAT 2025 answer key, Rao said, “There was conflict between two subject matter experts. They had split opinion. This is a question of logical verbal reasoning on homeless people. You may be expert in law but not quantitative questions.” Furthermore the division bench suggested the Consortium of NLUs to have better paper setters in the future.
Today, the division bench heard all challenges from Aditya Singh (the initial petitioner who got two questions revised in a two-judge bench order).
