Impact of Revised Pattern on Good Score in MH CET Law 2025

The revised exam pattern of MH CET law 2025 allows candidates more time as they have to attempt a lesser number of questions within two hours. The revised pattern is more student-friendly. An easier exam is likely to lead to higher MH CET law cut-offs and an increase in the good score in MH CET law 2025.

To understand the impact of the revised pattern on a good MH CET law 2025 score, one can also look at what happened to CLAT cut-offs when the CLAT exam pattern was revised in a similar manner where the number of questions was reduced from 150 to 120 while keeping the duration same. In that case, a good score in CLAT 2025 had significantly gone up from around 66% marks to around 80 to 85% marks. A good score in CLAT is now around 100+ marks out of 120 for admission into premier NLUs after the exam pattern was revised.

A good score in MH CET law 2025 in the new pattern is expected to be around 100 marks out of 120, i.e. around 80% marks. As per the old exam pattern a good score in MH CET law 2025 was around 66% marks.
