With the CLAT 2026 exam nearing, the only advice anyone will give aspirants is to practice as many mock tests as they can. Practising regular CLAT mock tests 2026 will give candidates a very good idea of what to expect in the actual exam. Apart from this, the CLAT 2026 mock tests are a really good way of putting your preparations in testing waters. Candidates can actually judge where they stand in their preparation journey. Not only this, the CLAT 2026 mock test scores can give candidates a slight idea about which NLUs they can target. In this article, we put the CLAT 2026 mock test against the colleges offering admissions, if they were the actual scores of candidates. This might not be a completely accurate comparison, but candidates will get a good idea of what colleges they can expect and where their preparation stands currently in the NLU context.

CLAT 2026 Mock Test Scores vs Expected Colleges

While mock tests are no guarantee of the same CLAT scores, they do give candidates an idea about their preparations and a comparison with other candidates. If candidates consistently score in a certain range, they can expect their CLAT 2026 scores to be close to it. For example, if candidates consistently score more than 105+ marks in CLAT 2026 mock tests and also score well in sectional mock tests, they can aim for top NLUs. Similarly, candidates scoring between 90 to 105 marks can also target the top 10 NLUs. Candidates scoring below 60-70 marks in CLAT 2026 mock tests must amp up their preparations. The table below denotes expected colleges based on the mock test scores of candidates.

Hello,

In CLAT , the 9-digit admit card number is not the same as the roll number you have to write on the OMR sheet. The OMR sheet has only 7 blocks because the CLAT roll number is shorter.

You should check your admit card again and look for the roll number printed near your name and exam details. Fill only that roll number in the OMR sheet. Do not write the 9-digit admit card number.

If you still cannot find the roll number, you can ask the exam invigilator on the exam day.

Hope it helps !
