AILET 2024: Third Merit List (Out), Cut off (Released), Counselling, Syllabus

National Law University Delhi has published the AILET BA LLB 2024 round 3 seat allotment on January 23, 2024 and commenced the third round of AILET BA LLB 2024 counselling. Earlier, NLU Delhi released the second AILET BA LLB 2024 merit list on January 10, 2024. Candidates must complete the formalities by January 28, 2024 to obtain final seat allotment. NLU Delhi has already completed the first and second round of AILET 2024 counselling for BA LLB and LLM.

The university had closed the AILET 2024 counselling registrations on December 22 at 11 am. Candidates could register through their AILET login. The counselling registration fee was Rs. 30,000 for general category and Rs. 20,000 for reserved categories.

NLU Delhi had declared the AILET 2024 result on December 13. The AILET 2024 final answer was also released on the same day. NLU Delhi had conducted the AILET exam 2024 on December 10 from 11 am to 1 pm. and the AILET 2024 provisional answer key was released on December 10 itself on its official website nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The university conducted the AILET 2024 in offline mode at around 39 centres across the country. NLU Delhi conducts the All India Law Entrance Test for admission into its BA LLB and LLM programmes of NLU Delhi.

AILET Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates planning to appear in the exam should check the AILET 2024 eligibility criteria notified by the university. The programme-wise eligibility criteria are mentioned below.

AILET BA LLB Eligibility Criteria

As per the AILET 2024 eligibility criteria for BA LLB, the minimum educational qualification required is class 12 or equivalent. The minimum passing marks required is 45% for candidates from general and OBC category, and 40% for candidates from SC/ST category. Candidates appearing in the Class 12 board examination are also eligible to apply for AILET 2024 provided they submit their qualifying certificates at the time of admission.

As per the AILET 2024 eligibility criteria for LLM, the minimum educational qualification required is graduation or equivalent. The minimum passing marks required is 50% for candidates from general and OBC category, and 45% for candidates from SC/ST category. Candidates appearing for their final year exams are also eligible to apply for AILET LLM 2024 provided they submit their qualifying certificates at the time of admission.

The admission process of AILET 2024 is a long-drawn affair involving multiple stages. Candidates must keep track of the important events and their corresponding dates in order to successfully gain admission. Here are the stages involved in the AILET admission process.

• Online Registration: Candidates must register online on the official portal to complete the AILET aplication form.
• Admit Card Download: The AILET 2024 admit card is released on the date specified by NLU Delhi. Candidates need the admit card to be able to appear for the exam.
• AILET 2024 Exam: The third stage is appearing for the exam on the specified date at the designated exam venue.
• AILET 2024 Result: NLU Delhi will publish the AILET 2024 result tentatively days after result. Candidates can access their scorecard by logging in through the admission portal.
• AILET Counselling and Seat Allotment: After the result, NLU Delhi will publish the AILET invite list and candidates would be invited for counselling in multiple rounds and seat allotment would be done.

AILET Answer Key 2024

The AILET 2024 answer key final answer key has been released on December 13, 2023. NLU Delhi released AILET provisional key 2024 on December 10, 2023. The AILET provisional answer key 2024 is available for download through the official website of the exam: nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Students were allowed to raise objections against the AILET 2024 provisional answer key from December 11 to 12, 2023. After considering the objections raised against the provisional key NLU Delhi released the AILET final answer key 2024.

National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) announced the AILET 2024 result on December 13, 2023. The result for AILET BA LLB result and AILET LLM were announced online on its official website - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download their AILET 2024 scorecard using their login credentials.

What is a good score in AILET 2024?

Candidates preparing for AILET exam 2024 should try to score as much as possible since the exam is among the most competitive law entrance exams. Candidates should try to secure 90+ marks in the AILET 2024. In the last few years, the general category cut-off for AILET exam has been around 80 to 90 marks.

NLU Delhi has released the AILET 2024 cut off for BA LLB and LLM through the seat allotment. The AILET cutoff is the minimum ranks that candidates need to secure to get admission to the university. The cut off of AILET is released in the form of opening and closing ranks. Students who secure a rank within the AILET opening and closing cutoff will be allotted seats during the seat allotment rounds. AILET Admit Card 2024

NLU Delhi released the AILET 2024 admit card on November 24, 2023 at 6 PM. Registered candidates can login at the official website to get their admit card. The admit card of AILET 2024 is a mandatory document for appearing in the exam. It contains various information such as roll number, and exam centre. The admit card can be downloaded by following the steps mentioned below.

• Visit the official website of NLU Delhi - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in
• Login using registration ID/mobile number and password
• Upon successful login the admit card of AILET 2024 will appear on the screen.
• Check all the details given on the AILET hall ticket 2024 carefully.
• Download and take a print of the same for use on the day of exam.

AILET Application Form 2024

NLU Delhi closed the application window of AILET 2024 on November 15, 2023. Earlier it had released the AILET 2024 application form on August 07. The application form was available online at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Candidates who wished to appear in the entrance exam had to fill out the application form before the deadline and submit the registration fee.

The AILET 2024 registration fee was Rs. 3,500 for general category candidates and Rs. 3,000 for candidates. Candidates could submit the AILET registration fee online using credit, debit card and net banking options

AILET 2024 Syllabus and Exam Pattern

NLUD has modified the syllabus of AILET 2024. Candidates preparing for AILET 2024 should refer to the modified syllabus and pattern to make themselves familiar with the examination. The AILET syllabus 2024 will help the candidates understand the topics from which questions are framed in the examination. Whereas, the AILET exam pattern informs about the rules and modalities of the examination.

Candidates should devote around 8 to 10 months for AILET 2024 preparation. The exam is a test of critical thinking and analytical skills. Candidates need to prepare for each subject in a dedicated manner. Here are some subject-wise preparation tips for AILET 2024 exam.

AILET 2024 preparation tips for English language

This section will test the reading and comprehension skills of the candidates. Therefore one must be well-skilled in answering comprehension-based questions. The passages may be drawn from fiction, non-fiction, legal journals and articles. Candidates are expected to demonstrate fast reading and comprehension skills.

The questions will be designed to test the ability of the candidate to understand the passage, grammar skills, and vocabulary. Candidates should prepare for this section using newspapers, grammar books and standard English books such as Word Power Made Easy.

AILET preparation tips for General knowledge and current affairs

This section will be slightly factual. Candidates will be asked straightforward questions on recent happenings. The current affairs of 6 months should be prepared for this section. Additionally, a decent knowledge of general knowledge - History, geography, and environment help the students score well in this section.

AILET 2024 logical reasoning preparation

The logical reasoning section is one of the trickiest sections in AILET 2024 as it also includes questions from the legal section. It is also one of the lengthiest sections in the AILET exam. Therefore, candidates should prepare well for this section. Being a test of logical and critical abilities, this section requires immense practice. They should practice the previous year's question papers and identify the pattern of questions.

AILET Merit List 2024

NLU Delhi will publish the AILET 2024 merit list for LLM on December 28. The first AILET BA LLB merit list would be published on December 29. It will contain the names of the candidates eligible to take part in the admission process. The merit list contain the registered number, rank and marks of the qualified candidates.

AILET 2024 Counselling

NLU Delhi has started AILET 2024 counselling. The counselling registration window was open from December 15-22, 2023. Only shortlisted candidates whose names appear in the invite list will be eligible to participate in the AILET 2024 counselling. Candidates were required to pay the counselling registration fee which is Rs. 30,000 for general category and Rs. 20,000 for reserved categories. The counselling will be held in multiple rounds in offline mode. The seat allotment would be done as per the ranks obtained by the candidates.
