AIBE 19 (XIX) 2024: The Bar Council of India will conduct AIBE 19 on December 22, 2024 in offline mode at around 55 cities. It will release the AIBE 19 answer key tentatively 2 to 3 days after the exam. The AIBE 19 admit card 2024 is available for download at allindiabarexamination.com. Earlier, BCI closed the AIBE 19 registration window on November 15, 2024. BCI has also conducted the 21st Qualifying Examination for Indian Nationals Holding Foreign Law Degrees from December 14-19, 2024. Earlier, the BCI revised the AIBE 19 eligibility criteria and allowed final-year law students with no backlogs and law graduates without an enrolment certificate to apply for AIBE 19 exams following a judgement by the Supreme Court. The Bar Council of India will release the AIBE 19 Answer Key released few days after the conclusion of the exam. BCI will first release the provisional answer key of AIBE XIX. To calculate score in AIBE exam 2024, candidates must make use of the AIBE marking scheme. As per the AIBE marking scheme, each question carries 1 mark. There is no negative marking in AIBE. If a candidate attempted 60 questions out of 100 and 50 were correct, then the candiate's score would be 50 marks.

According to an RTI filed regarding the number of students who appeared for the last AIBE exam, a total of 1,44,014 candidates took the AIBE 18 exam. A total of 51.63% of students failed to qualify the AIBE exam. The passing criteria of AIBE is 45% for general category candidates, while SC and ST category candidates will be required to score a minimum of 40% marks.

The AIBE 19 cutoff is the minimum mark candidates need to score to qualify for the exam. Till AIBE 17, general and OBC category candidates needed to score 40% marks to pass the exam and SC/ST candidates were required to score 35% marks. However, the AIBE qualifying cutoff has now been increased. To pass the AIBE 19 exam, general and OBC category candidates need to secure a minimum of 45% marks, while SC/ST candidates will be required to score 40% marks.

The BPP is typically required for those who do not have a formal educational qualification equivalent to 10+2.it has nothing to do with aibe exam because it conducted to assess basic level knowledge of law degree student and lay down minimum benchmark for entering into practice of law in addition to assessing candidate's analytical skills.
