The Bar Council of India (BCI) will close the AIBE 19 objection window on January 10, 2025. Candidates can submit objections against the AIBE 19 provisional answer key from the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates must enter their login credentials such as roll number and date of birth and submit the required proof to raise objections against the AIBE 19 answer key 2024. Candidates will be able to challenge the AIBE 19 provisional answer key by paying the objection fee of Rs. 500 and if the objection raised by the candidate is valid then the fee will be refunded to the candidate. After considering all the objections raised against the provisional key, the authority will release the AIBE 19 final answer key.
Earlier, BCI released the AIBE 19 provisional answer key 2024 on December 28 and conducted the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) in offline mode on December 22, 2024. The AIBE 19 exam was conducted for candidates aspiring to practice law in Indian courts. With the help of the AIBE 19 answer key 2024, candidates can calculate their probable marks in the AIBE exam. As per the AIBE 19 marking scheme, there is no negative marking for incorrect answers in the exam.

The objection can be raised against the provisional answer keys given in the Master Question Paper published on the AIBE website.
To submit the objections, candidates will have to log in to the objection window by using their roll number and date of birth. Then, they will have to select the question against which the objection is to be raised and register the objection.
Candidates will have to register his/ her objection by selecting the type of objection from the dropdown menu visible in front of the respective question in the objection window.
An objection fee of Rs. 500 is required for each objection submitted. If an objection raised by a candidate is deemed valid, the objection fee will be refunded to the candidate.
Candidates can submit one or more than one objection and view the Objection summary report by clicking on the “view objection summary”. The candidate can also take a printout of the objection summary by clicking on the print icon.
Candidates will have to provide the justification/ reference in the corresponding “text box” provided against the objection raised.
The objection tracker will remain open from December 30 to January 10, 2025 till midnight.

Candidates can follow these instructions to raise objections against the AIBE 19 answer key 2024.
BCI opened the objection window on December 30 and candidates will be able to raise objections against the AIBE 19 answer key 2024 through their login. The objection window will remain open until midnight on January 10, 2025. To submit the objection against the answer key, candidates must log in to the objection window by entering their roll number and date of birth. Then, candidates must select the question against which the objection is to be raised.
Candidates can challenge the AIBE 19 provisional answer key by paying the required objection fee of Rs. 500 per objection submitted. If an objection is deemed valid, the objection fee will be refunded to the respective candidate. However, AIBE 19 results 2024 will be declared based on the final answer key, which will be released soon.

No, a person cannot practice law in India without passing the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE). After completing an LLB degree from a recognized university, a law graduate must enroll with a State Bar Council and must clear the AIBE exam conducted by the Bar Council of India. Only after passing the exam, the advocate receives a Certificate of Practice , which allows him or her to practice law in any court in India.
So, without clearing AIBE, one cannot legally appear or argue in court.
