AIBE XV (15) 2020 - Bar Council of India has released the list of candidates falling under the data mismatch category. There is another list which includes the names of those candidates who have submitted their documents without self-attestation. Further, the conducting body has requested all the candidates to check their application status to confirm that they have successfully registered for the examination. Earlier, BCI started the registration for the AIBE XV(15) 2020 May 16 (5 PM). AIBE XV (15) application form is available in online mode and can be submitted until August 2. However, the last date to register is only up to July 27. As per the schedule released by BCI, the exam will be conducted on August 16, 2020. The conducting body has also announced that the candidates who appeared for AIBE XIV(14) at the cancelled exam centres may appear in AIBE 15 without going through the registration process. The admit card for such candidates will be issued directly on August 9. Further, the candidates who were under the category of the set code mismatch will remain disqualified under AIBE XIV 2019 and such candidates will have to register again for appearing in AIBE XV(15). All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is it is not an entrance examination, but rather a Certification exam. Candidates who qualify in AIBE exam are awarded Certificate of Practice (COP), which enables the candidates to practice in a court of law in India. Candidates will be issued AIBE XV (15) admit card on August 9. The admit card will be an important document for appearing in AIBE XV (15) 2020 which will be an offline based exam of 3 ½ hours comprising 100 questions. As per AIBE XV 2020 eligibility criteria, one can appear in AIBE 2020 only if one is registered with one’s respective State Bar Council. May 14 - AIBE XV admit card for the candidates who appeared at the cancelled exam centres of AIBE XIV will be released directly, no need to follow the registration process again for AIBE XV. Absent candidates will have to follow the generic registration process and pay the application fee for appearing in AIBE XV (15) 2020.

The Bar Council of India sets the eligibility criteria of AIBE XV (15) 2020 that the applicant has to fulfill. The AIBE XV eligibility criteria 2020 pertains to age limit, qualifying exam, and bar council registration. Only if the candidate meets all of these conditions will he or she be considered for Certificate of Practice.
Eligibility criteria of AIBE XV (15) 2020
Graduation: The applicant must have completed graduation in or after 2009 - 10
Law degree: The candidate must hold a law degree from a recognized institute
Bar council registration: The applicant must be registered with their respective State Bar Councils.
Age limit: There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in AIBE 2020 exam
Also, candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category have been extended no concession in the eligibility criteria.
Exam conducting officials have released the application form of AIBE XV (15) 2020 in online mode on May 16, 2020. As part of the AIBE XV (15) application form filling process, the candidate has to:
First get registered by entering details like name, gender, date of birth, and address details.
Upload documents and then press on “save” button
On successful registration, registration number and password will be generated and sent to the candidate’s email id and mobile number
Next log-in to fill the rest of the form, including payment of application fee. The registration fee is Rs. 3500.
Upload the challan, journal number, branch code and date.
Submit the form and take a printout.

The BCI will conduct the offline-based exam at 44 centres. The candidate will be able to select a convenient AIBE XV (15) 2020 exam centres by consulting the list given in the table below. It is important that the candidate chooses the correct exam centre of AIBE XV (15) 2020 when filling the form, as request for change is unlikely to be entertained once exam centre allotment is made. Along with reading texts and solving problem sets given these books, the candidate should also solve sample papers of AIBE XV 2020. The All Indian Examination will be conducted in nine languages, and advocates can choose to take the examination in any one of these nine languages, which are: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Oriya, and English.

There is no correction window available to make changes or corrections in the application form once submitted. However, you can mail firstname.lastname@example.org to make any corrections in details filled in the application form or uploaded documents. You need to send your registration number and the document which needs to be corrected.
