The Bar Council of India sets the eligibility criteria of AIBE XV (15) 2020 that the applicant has to fulfill. The AIBE XV eligibility criteria 2020 pertains to age limit, qualifying exam, and bar council registration. Only if the candidate meets all of these conditions will he or she be considered for Certificate of Practice.
Graduation: The applicant must have completed graduation in or after 2009 - 10
Law degree: The candidate must hold a law degree from a recognized institute
Bar council registration: The applicant must be registered with their respective State Bar Councils.
Age limit: There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in AIBE 2020 exam
Also, candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category have been extended no concession in the eligibility criteria.
Exam conducting officials will release the application form of AIBE XV (15) 2020 in online mode around 2nd week of June. As part of the AIBE XV (15) application form filling process, the candidate has to:
First get registered by entering details like name, gender, date of birth, and address details.
Upload documents and then press on “save” button
On successful registration, registration number and password will be generated and sent to the candidate’s email id and mobile number
Next log-in to fill the rest of the form, including payment of application fee. The registration fee is Rs. 3500.
Upload the challan, journal number, branch code and date.
Submit the form and take a printout.

The results of a few centres where AIBE was held due to the complaints received by the committee regarding the manner in which exams were held, the results will be given only after the decision of monitoring committee, which will be displayed on the website, as of now no tentative date has been given regarding the release of result.
