The Consortium of National Law Universities surprised the students just a night before All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) by uploading the CLAT results 2025, on December 07. Earlier, the CLAT exam answer keys had raised many questions due to the discrepancies in official answers. This was followed by a very short objection submission window and declaration of results much before the scheduled date.
The final answer key of CLAT 2025 was published on the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in, minutes before the results. The final answer key shows four questions have been withdrawn by the consortium and three have been modified in CLAT UG answer key 2025.
The CLAT PG answer key which according to two law students who filed a petition in the Supreme Court had at least 12 incorrect questions. However, only eight responses have been modified.
Now, the grievance redress mechanism is only the last stage where complaints against CLAT 2025 can be entertained. The NLU Consortium has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee under the Chairmanship of Justice Sri G Raghuram, former judge, Andhra Pradesh High Court
However, over the last five-six years of CLAT exam, the Consortium has not made any significant changes to CLAT results post its declaration and constitution of the redressal committee. No information was made publicly available by the consortium on the grievances it receives and actions it took after receiving the submission from students. The CLAT counselling starts soon after the result declaration.
Meanwhile, the procedure to submit CLAT 2025 grievances has been given below.

The CLAT counselling registration starts from December 11. Candidates invited for the counselling may register themselves at consortiumofnlus.ac.in and given NLU preferences. The last date for CLAT counselling registration is December 20, with first merit list scheduled to be out on December 26.

Hello,
With AIR 10542 and OBC rank 1843, getting top NLUs is unlikely. However, you still have chances in newer or lower ranked NLUs like NLU Assam, NUSRL Ranchi, MNLU Nagpur/Mumbai, especially in later or vacancy rounds. Also consider good private law colleges as backup options.
Since you scored 8000 AIR in CLAT, getting into top NLUs may not be possible, so it is a good idea to look for affordable and good law colleges.
