The Supreme Court issued an order to transfer all the pending cases in CLAT 2025 to the Delhi High Court on February 6, 2025. The next Delhi HC CLAT 2025 hearing is scheduled to be held on March 3, where it will hear all the petitions filed by various candidates against the Consortium of NLUs. The CLAT 2025 Supreme Court judgement was delivered for the petition filed by the consortium to avoid contradictory judgements by various High Courts.
Candidates who want to raise objections regarding the provisional answer key can submit them through the online portal at consortiumofnlus.ac.in/clat-2026/. The objection window will open at 5 PM on December 10 and close at 5 PM on December 12.
The SC has directed all the High Courts where CLAT 2025 cases are pending to transfer the judicial records to the Delhi HC within seven days of the order. In this article find out what are the pending cases of the Common Law Admission Test and the important judgements delivered so far.
In the earlier SC hearing conducted on January 15, in the Consortium of NLUs vs Aditya Singh case, the SC had indicated its intention to transfer all the CLAT 2025 cases to a single HC so disputes can be resolved faster and the final CLAT 2025 results can be released.
