    The Delhi HC completed the hearing the petitions about CLAT UG on April 9. The court has reserved its judgment for the cases. The petitions related to CLAT PG 2025 will be heard on April 21. The CLAT 2025 HC hearing conducted by a Division Bench comprising of Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela. Senior Advocate Rajashekhar Rao was representing the Consortium of NLUs. The CLAT 2025 HC hearing was conducted across three days, and around 12 cases about CLAT UG exam were heard.     All Updates About CLAT 2025 Delhi HC Hearing

    Among the cases that came up during the CLAT HC hearing, two cases will be heard separately and will not be clubbed with other UG cases, as they do not relate to mistakes in the CLAT answer key. The remaining UG cases have been clubbed together and the Delhi HC has reserved its judgment in the matter.

    The two cases that will be heard separately are Kuber Swami vs Consortium of NLus and Ayana Yadav vs Consortium of NLUs. The details are given below.
