The consortium of NLUs has reopened the CLAT 2025 counselling registration window on May 17, 2025. Candidates can complete their CLAT 2025 counselling registration and update their NLU preferences till May 21, 2025. The CLAT 2025 first seat allotment will be published on May 26, 2025. The CLAT 2025 results have also been declared on May 17, 2025. Some candidates might also be invited for counselling after the change in ranks in the revised CLAT 2025 counselling. Documents to keep ready for CLAT 2025 Counselling

The CLAT 2025 counselling registration window has been reopened for candidates. This is because the change in the ranks after the revision of CLAT results might lead to candidates wanting to change their NLU preferences. Also, with major changes expected in the CLAT 2025 ranks, many new candidates also might be invited for the CLAT 2025 counselling. Candidates wishing to participate in the CLAT 2025 counselling must keep certain documents ready. The list of documents required for CLAT 2025 counselling have been given below:

Documents to keep ready for CLAT 2025 UG Counselling

  • Class 10 mark sheet

  • CLAT 2025 Admit Card

  • Class 12 Statement of Marks

  • Character Certificate/Conduct Certificate from the Educational Institution last attended

  • Transfer/Migration Certificate from the Educational Institution last attended

  • Caste Certificate (SC, ST, OBC, etc.) if applied and allotted under the Reserved category of seats.

  • PwD/SAP Certificate, if applied and allotted under the PwD category

  • Domicile/Residence Certificate, if applied and allotted under the domicile/resident category seat.

  • Any other supporting documents to claim your seat for the category you have applied

  • (E.g.: Wards of Serving/Retired Defence Personnel, EWS certificate, Sons/daughters of Ex-servicemen/Defence service personnel etc.)

When will CLAT 2025 counselling begin?

The CLAT 2025 counselling has begun immediately after the announcement of the revised results on May 16, 2025. The first CLAT 2025 seat allotment will be published on May 26, 2025. The second CLAT 2025 seat allotment will be published on June 4.

Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) is a national level entrance exam for the programs related to engineering. It has two levels known as JEE mains (first level) and JEE advance (second level) . NEET ( National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is a national level examination for admission in undergraduate medical courses. It is also conducted by NTA but in offline mode as in pen and paper test. It includes courses like MBBS, BDS BHMS , BAMS etc. The exam consists of 180 questions in total 45 from each physics , chemistry , zoology and Botany. The total marks for the exam are 720 marks.

In CLAT , the 9-digit admit card number is not the same as the roll number you have to write on the OMR sheet. The OMR sheet has only 7 blocks because the CLAT roll number is shorter.

You should check your admit card again and look for the roll number printed near your name and exam details. Fill only that roll number in the OMR sheet. Do not write the 9-digit admit card number.

If you still cannot find the roll number, you can ask the exam invigilator on the exam day.
