The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has officially released the revised results for CLAT 2025 following the Supreme Court judgment on May 17, 2025. The CLAT revised results 2025 are finally declared after five months of delay due to legal challenges regarding discrepancies in the CLAT 2025 answer key.
Candidates who appeared for the Common Law Admission Test can now access their revised scorecards online from the official website by entering their application number and date of birth: consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Alternatively, candidates can also access the results of CLAT 2025 by visiting the dedicated link provided by the consortium.
The Supreme Court of India heard arguments on an appeal filed by Hardik Garg challenging the CLAT 2025 results on May 16, 2025. The hearing was conducted by a division bench comprising Chief Justice B.R. Gavai and Justice AG Masih. During the hearing, the counsel representing the consortium informed the court that the revised results were ready and could be published within two hours

Now that the revised CLAT 2025 results are out, the consortium also started the CLAT 2025 counselling process immediately on May 17, 2025. Candidates with a valid CLAT 2025 score can register for the counselling process through their CLAT login, pay the counselling registration fee, and submit their NLU preference list before May 21, 2025.

With AIR 10542 and OBC rank 1843, getting top NLUs is unlikely. However, you still have chances in newer or lower ranked NLUs like NLU Assam, NUSRL Ranchi, MNLU Nagpur/Mumbai, especially in later or vacancy rounds. Also consider good private law colleges as backup options.
Since you scored 8000 AIR in CLAT, getting into top NLUs may not be possible, so it is a good idea to look for affordable and good law colleges.
