The Bar Council of India has announced the results for AIBE 19 on March 21, 2025 at allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates who appeared for the All India Bar Examination on December 22, can download their results from the official website - allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates who pass the AIBE 19 result 2024 will be awarded an AIBE 19 Certificate of Practice (CoP), a mandatory certificate to practice law in India. Candidates can also check out the Live updates on AIBE 19 results here.
The BCI published the final answer key for AIBE 19, after which the passing marks were revised. Therefore, the revised total marks in AIBE 19 after considering the changes in the final answer key are 93 marks. Candidates from the general/OBC must score 45%, whereas the SC/ST category students must achieve 40% marks to clear the exam.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the AIBE 19 result link.
Step 3: Candidates will have to log in with the user ID and password.
Step 4: Once logged in, click on the result button.
Step 5: The AIBE XIX result 2024 will be displayed on the screen.
Step 6: Download your result and take a printout of it for future reference.

Candidates who claim errors in the evaluation can apply for re-evaluation. Candidates must submit an online application through the official website within the designated window. Also, a non-refundable rechecking fee of Rs. 200 per OMR sheet is required at the time of submission. Once the re-evaluation is complete, candidates will receive the updated results via email.

If due to medical absence you have a backlog, you can appear for the AIBE exam only after you have cleared that backlog and get your final LLB pass result. and then you will be eligible to appear to apply for your next AIBE likely in early 2026.

No, a person cannot practice law in India without passing the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE). After completing an LLB degree from a recognized university, a law graduate must enroll with a State Bar Council and must clear the AIBE exam conducted by the Bar Council of India. Only after passing the exam, the advocate receives a Certificate of Practice , which allows him or her to practice law in any court in India.
So, without clearing AIBE, one cannot legally appear or argue in court.
