The Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 20 final answer key on January 6, 2026. A total of five questions have been withdrawn in the AIBE XX final key. The AIBE 20 qualifying marks after revised key have also changed. The AIBE 20 qualifying marks for General and OBC category are 43 marks, while for SC, ST and PwD categories are 38 marks. Earlier, BCI published AIBE 20 provisional answer key on December 3, 2025. Following this, the council opened the objection window from December 3, 2025, to December 10, 2025. Candidates could raise their queries with supporting evidence on the official website. The AIBE cut-off is equivalent to the minimum passing marks required to qualify for the exam. BCI released the final AIBE answer key after verifying objections. The AIBE 20 cut-off has changed after 5 questions were withdrawn. This article discussed the AIBE cut-offs after the revised answer key was released.
The AIBE 20 exam will be evaluated out of 95 marks after revised key. If any questions are removed after the final answer key is released, the actual cut-off marks will decrease. However, the AIBE cutoff percentage remains the same.

BCI has reviewed and made required changes based on the objections raised during the objection window. This has changed the total number of questions. The list of withdrawn questions in each set is detailed in the table below.

BCI is likely to declare the AIBE 20 results 2025 by January or February 2026. Candidates can check the results on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com. They need their login credential, like user ID and password, to access it. The council will also open a window for the rechecking of OMR sheets soon after the results are declared. Candidates who want to get their results rechecked can apply online from the official website and pay a rechecking fee of Rs 500.
